All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your order amount or replace your product.
All candles are made to order. This means once your order is placed, your candle will be made. The candle will need to sit for 2-3 days before it is ready to ship to avoid any issues such as cracking. Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 days in total. This excludes Sundays and Holidays.
J'Luxe Scents would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to report the damages, any time after the 30 day period, you won't be eligible for a refund or replacement due to the nature of the products. If you feel that you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us with photos of the damages at email@example.com within the 30 day period.
We are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping cost due to entering the wrong address when checking out as we are a very small one woman business. If your order was returned due to wrong address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the the USPS address we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address. We ask that you PLEASE double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
You are allowed to change your shipping address via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you see that you entered information incorrectly. We can only change your information if your order has not been prepared for shipping.
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit but we take responsibility because we understand what its like being a consumer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you placed an order with us and you have received a notification from USPS stating that your package has been delivered but you never received the package. If your package appears to be missing or stolen, please allow 48 hours before contacting us. We would like your package time to return back to you just in case there was a mix up with deliveries. In most cases, it may have been delivered to your neighbors residence. Please also check with USPS to see if they are holding your package for pickup. Sometimes USPS makes mistakes and marks packages incorrectly.
If you package has not returned within 48 hours, please file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector and you may have to file a police report for theft.
