What is the shipping and return policy?

All sales are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your order amount or replace your product.

 All candles are made to order. This means once your order is placed, your candle will be made. The candle will need to sit for 2-3 days before it is ready to ship to avoid any issues such as cracking. Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 days in total. This excludes Sundays and Holidays.

What if my products come damaged or defective?

J'Luxe Scents would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to report the damages, any time after the 30 day period, you won't be eligible for a refund or replacement due to the nature of the products. If you feel that you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us with photos of the damages at jluxescentsco@gmail.com within the 30 day period.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has processed, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. All orders are shipped via USPS, please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to scan in and for the system to start updating the tracking of your order. You will receive either another email or text when the order has been delivered as well.

How fragrant are J'Luxe candles?

We use all natural soy wax with absolutely no chemicals added, so our candles won't have the same scent throw as a traditional big brand candle line as those candles are made with paraffin wax which includes chemicals to achieve a high scent throw. You will be able to achieve a nice scent in a small to medium size room depending on the size of the candle. Our candle scents are not overwhelming and can be used everyday without causing headaches.

Can the jars be repurposed?

When your candle reaches 1/4 of wax remaining, discontinue use of the candle. Clean out the jar using water and soap. Once cleaned, your jar can be used to store office supplies like pens, clips etc or makeup brushes.

Are your candles vegan?

Yes our candles are considered vegan. We use all natural soy wax and we dont add any toxic chemicals that has been tested on animals.

What is the best way to burn a J'Luxe candle?

We recommend that you burn your candle for 3-4 hours each and every time. Be sure to trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing. This will allow the candles to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling". Be sure to never leave a candle in the reach of pets, children or a draft. Allow the candle to fully cool before moving candle. And always Enjoy!

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes Absolutely! If you would like a note added to the order, please enter the message your would like in the "note to owner" section in checkout and we will not include a receipt as well.

Need to change the address on your order?

Please send us an email as soon as your order is placed. Once we print out the shipping label, we are unable to change the listed address.
